SBDM (Site Based Decision Making Team) Information Print E-mail

The Site-Based Decision-Making Team at Club Boulevard Humanities Magnet is charged with making and reviewing decisions at the school level for compliance with the missions, goals, and plan for the school. The SBDM team, comprised of the principal, three certified teachers, one teacher assistant, one other staff member, three parents, a PTA representative, and a community member, meets on the first Monday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the Media Center. (When the first Monday of the month is a holiday, the group meets the following Monday.) Any parent or teacher is welcome to attend the meeting and to present issues for consideration by the SBDM team.

The Parent / Teacher Association (PTA) at Club Boulevard Humanities Magnet is extremely active and strives to provide the "extras" that help to make our school a rewarding place for teachers and students. Any parent or guardian is welcome to join the PTA and participate in the group's meetings, which are held approximately every other month--typically in conjunction with an evening event at the school.

Garden Club Print E-mail

The Garden Club provides an extracurricular, hands-on opportunity to learn about nature and plant sciences. At the same time, we work to beautify our campus and to build environmental awareness. We sponsor fun garden work-and-play days for both students and parents.
