Garden Club

The Garden Committee currently:

• Organizes 1-2 garden work days per term.  These last 2-3 hours and parents come (with their kids) to help out.
• Sets up a watering plan for the new trees and plants.  We have many great new landscaping features around Club and the maintenance depends on us.  Watering can occur once a week or less depending on the rain.
• Blueberry bush sales.  This is a spring fundraiser for the garden club and has been very successful in the past.
• Is setting up garden beds at Club.  Now that the renovations are complete, we can begin planning and creating raised garden beds for the students.  We could create one bed per grade (6 in total).  Donations of materials are needed from local businesses.
